Guillaume Vogt is an independent advisor who helps executives navigate finance, strategy, and governance issues. Having worked in Swiss corporate banking with UBS, Raiffeisen, and BCGE, and engaged in international entrepreneurial environments, he combines financial expertise with strategic insight to support informed and effective decision-making.

Guillaume holds an MBA in Leadership and Management from York St John University, a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Strategy from IMD, and has completed the Directorship & Board Advisory Certification from PwC along with the Mastering Board Governance program at IMD. He is currently pursuing a Doctorate of Business Administration (DBA) with a concentration in Finance at Edgewood University.
